I was amazed recently to see a graph of where my blog has been read in the world.I started out writing for pleasure, and to share my adventures with family and friends. Imagine my delight at seeing how far my words have traveled!
One of the most-frequently read blog entries is Tom’s early entry, “Er, Which Fork for Tater Tots,” which concerns the subtleties of proper dining etiquette as taught to Foreign Service Officers.
Of course, many of the Brazil-specific topics have been read lately, perhaps because of the upcoming Olympics in Rio.
Whatever the reason, I’m happy to know that readers are finding something to amuse or inform them on these pages. I’ll have a few more months of Brazil items, and then on to our new post (still awaiting word where). In the meantime, I might add posts from our pilgrimage to the Holy Land in 2005.
Thank you, everyone, for reading!
